We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours. However on occassions with special orders and rotational stock levels this is not always possible. Customers will always be contacted in this event.
Our courier service is business post for U.K. delivery's and Royal Mail for all small items. Delivery to U.K. mainland has a small charge of £2.50 for orders under £100 and £4.95 for orders over £100,(next working day on most occassions) however to North and South Ireland a £15 charge (which is 50% of actual cost!) will be levied only.
DIRECTIONS - from Paisley, on M8 take junction 9. Turn right then first right (Glasgow business park). You will straight away come to a roundabout-turn left, then again straight away will come to another roundabout. Turn right, go on that road for 1/2 mile (Real Radio). You will then come to another roundabout (sighn'd evans business centre). Turn left and then sharp left. Go through gates on right and we at unit 12.
DIRECTIONS - From Edinburgh - On M8 take junction 10 (keep in right hand side of that lane). Go straight over traffic lights, and down to the bottom of the hill until the next set of lights (Edinburgh road). Turn left and first left, and up hill until roundabout (sign'd evans business centre). Turn right and sharp left. Through gates on right and we are at unit 12.
DIRECTIONS - From Bailleston - Edinburgh road. From MORRISONS go down edinburh road. Past Springcroft pub on right, turn next right,and go up hill until roundabout(Evans Business Centre) turn right and sharp left and through gate on right. We are unit 12.
Any faulty goods will be replaced once it is determined to be faulty and under the warranty stipulated on the receipt that is always issued.
Any unsuitable new items once received must be returned by customers to ourselves within 30 days. However we always try to advise correctly on selection to avoid any issues, and if any customers wishes to cancel then this is 7 days from date of purchase.
All international orders will be shipped by Business post or TNT couriers from U.K. and DPD europe and will be (at cost) charged for delivery at £39 to europe only.
We will ship an equivalent battery to any out of stock ordered battery at the time, to avoid delay (we always keep 29 alternatives).
Should any customer feel they wish to purchase another product that is not on our website please feel free to ask us for a price. As we have accounts with numerous other companies and our buying power helps us being competitive.
