Please note below terms and conditions.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours. However on occassions with special orders and rotational stock levels this is not always possible. Customers will always be contacted in this event. Our courier service is business post for uk delivery's and Royal Mail for all small items. Delivery to uk mainland has a small charge of £2.50 for orders under £100 and £4.95 for orders over £100,(next working day on most occassions) however to north and south ireland a £15 charge (which is 50% of actual cost!) will be levied only.
any faulty goods will be replaced once it is determined to be faulty and under the warranty stipulated on the receipt that is always issued.
any unsuitable items once received must be returned by customers to ourselves within 30 days. however we always try to advise correctly on selection to avoid any issues.
all international orders will be shipped by interlink express or TNT couriers from uk and dpd europe and will be (at cost) charged for delivery at £39 to europe only.
We will ship an equivalent battery to any out of stock ordered battery at the time, to avoid delay.(we always keep alternatives)
should any customer feel they wish to purchase another product that is not on our website please feel free to ask us for a price. as we have accounts with numerous other companies.and our buying power helps us being competitive.
